Where we ship
We currently ship orders within South Africa.

Carrier
Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy.

Processing times
Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframes
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Standard Delivery: R90

Order tracking
You’ll receive tracking details by email/phone once your order ships.

Delivery address & attempts
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we can arrange re-delivery after confirming details; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, MEA will replace the item at no cost to the customer, or issue a full refund if the product is out of stock. We will also claim with the courier directly.

Returns & exchanges
Returned items must follow our Refund & Returns Policy timeframes and conditions. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
